Return & Refund Policy

At mangodmy Italia Srl, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the procedures and conditions for canceling orders, returning products, and receiving refunds. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Once your cancellation request is confirmed, we will process a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that if your order has already been prepared for shipment or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible, and you will need to follow our standard return process after receiving the item.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags attached
  • The original packaging must be intact and undamaged
  • You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number may not be processed. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, our quality control team will inspect it to verify that it meets our return conditions. Upon approval, we will initiate your refund to the original payment method. Please allow:

  • 5-7 business days for credit card refunds to process
  • 7-10 business days for PayPal refunds
  • 10-14 business days for bank transfer refunds

The refund will include the full purchase price of the returned item(s). Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item once the return is approved.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please take the following steps:

  1. Check your bank account or payment provider account again
  2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider, as some refunds may take additional time to post
  3. If you still haven't received your refund, please contact our customer service team with your order details

We will investigate any reported issues with refunds and work with you to resolve them promptly. In some cases, we may require additional information from you to complete the refund process.
